The RSM advisor team can provide Local Incident Management Teams [LIMT] with scenario-based emergency management exercising solutions to support management teams in preparing and planning for potential emergency situations.

RSM has multiple scenarios for you to select from based on your needs. The scenario selected can reflect a common risk within your operating environment, or an upcoming ‘point of risk’ such as an election, reports of a serious disease outbreak, or an approaching serious storm.

Exercises take approximately 1 to 2 hours to run and will result in a LIMT Exercise certification for your team. Exercising should be run at least annually, or when a likely point of risk has been identified.

You should typically alert RSM at least 7 days before an exercise is required – although exercises can be run more quickly if a fast moving threat is identified.
